Velocité Policies
Bookings & Payments
- All classes must be booked in advance through our official booking system.
- Online bookings close 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
- In-person bookings are permitted up to 15 minutes before class start, subject to bike availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless covered by a valid membership or class package. - Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
- Late cancellations (within 4 hours of class start) will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
- Failure to attend a booked class without proper cancellation will result in a full charge of the class fee or forfeiture of the class credit.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
- For unlimited membership holders, Velocité reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of $15 for failure to attend a reserved class.
Memberships & Class Packages
- Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.
- Class credits are subject to expiration dates as outlined at purchase.
- Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Failure to attend classes does not extend or pause membership terms.
- Velocité reserves the right to modify membership pricing, schedules, and offerings with reasonable notice.
Studio Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Arrive on time.
- Wear appropriate athletic attire.
- Use equipment safely and responsibly.
- Treat staff and other participants with respect.
- Follow all instructor guidance.
Velocité reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velocité Spinning Studio, its owners, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in studio activities.
Participation is at your own risk.
Bike shop terms of service
For any bike including an electric motor or a tandem bike, an additional fee of $44.99
We charge an inspection fee of $39.99, if the tuneup is accepted these fees will be removed.
You accept a variation of $40.00 before taxes of the amount of the invoice compared to the estimate.
Due to the limited space in store we cannot keep indefinitely the bikes whose invoices have already been sent and the work completed. That said, you will be notified by email and phone 10 business days after your invoice is sent. We will inform you that your bike must be picked up as soon as possible. If the bike is still not picked up within 5 business days of sending this email, we will start charging the bike storage fee. We charge $5.00 per business day until the bike is picked up. This fee is applicable 15 business days after the invoice is sent. We will dispose of the bike 30 days after the last notice.
We reserve the right to interrupt the repair process on a bike at any time.
In case of dissatisfaction after repairs made on a bike or wheel, the problem must be reported within one week after the customer takes possession of the bike/wheel. Our mechanics will then assess the problem and decide on the procedure to follow.
For any special order, a 50% deposit is required before ordering from the distributor or manufacturer.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Stripe may process and store information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
